Hosting the Industrial Security Conference
Since 2018, the Academy has hosted the International Industrial Security Conference, co-organized with the National Intelligence Service (NIS) and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), to share the latest trends, policies, and best practices in industrial security.

Academic Research and Publications
The academy publishes and distributes practical industrial security guides free of charge, including the “Cloud Utilization Guide for Corporate Information Security.”

We operate a networking platform for top industrial security experts, including CISOs and security officers, to share best practices and expertise.

Policy Advisory and Institutional Improvement
We provide field-based recommendations for policy and institutional improvements to strengthen the effectiveness of industrial technology protection systems.

Director of National Intelligence Service Commendation
Awarded at the 2023 International Conference on Industrial Security in recognition of contributions to preventing industrial technology leakage and promoting protection activities.
National Security Award
Received from the National Intelligence Service in recognition of contributions to the advancement of national industrial security.
Registration as a Non-Profit Private Organization
Officially registered as a non-profit private organization in Seoul, recognizing the academy’s public role and social contributions institutionally.
Industrial Security Conference
Industrial Security Conference
The Korea Academy of Industrial Security annually hosts the International Industrial Security Conference together with the National Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It is Korea’s largest industrial security event, attended by approximately 600 industrial security experts from Korea and abroad.
